They made my husband feel safe and so I will be returning to this facility since I will no longer go back to the one in Bell after getting rid of Dr. Freshwater.
You'll be seen by nurse practitioner, not a doctor. It's difficult to contact them by phone--you get a taped message most of the time. Yesterday, I'm standing right in front of their receptionist, but she insists I must go and phone for an appointment. When you phone, she tells you to walk in at 8:00am. I missed a call from them and then had to call back about four times over the course of two days before I could get a live person on line.
