I had to make this review, I’m Still kinda new to Detroit. So I’m very big on customer service and how you answer a Business phone. Ive had some many, nevermind phone chats with Apartments Personnel’s, because if you are bold and rude enough to answer someone Business phone like that,then thats going to be my experience everytime while living there. Palms East has been my home for 7 years. I love living here! The location is perfectly 20 minutes or so from anywhere I want to go. Freeway access is only a couple blocks away. Management and staff are always friendly, professional, and quick to address concerns. They answer the phone when I call the office, and on the rare occasion I must leave a voicemail it is always returned.
