They were easy to work with and there was no pressure. The only issue was getting the smog cert sent to me. I had to contact them 3 times to get it. We are out of state and they were very helpful with that as well. Overall a very good group of guys there.
This dealer responded quickly and were willing to go the extra mile to insure I would be happy with the vehicle I was considering.

We're impressed with their inventory, courteous approach and non pressured sales. We're still considering buying the 2015 Ram from them. Just depends on how our negotiations go. They definitely need a larger piece of property in order to adequately serve their customers.
We text each other but the price was just to high for me. I did appreciate the quick response.
Lance was great to work with on both my trade in and the sale of the truck. I highly recommend Palms Auto Sales for great trucks - especially Diesel trucks.
