RecommendedThis is a quiet clean apartment complex and the office Manager Christy will help you as best as she can she has received packages for me to staying late to let me pay my rent I would like it as much I don't think without her she is a sweet lady I appreciate her good customer service.
Living here 6 months and it's been a relaxed, welcoming experience. Christy in the main office is compassionate and approachable, maintenance requests and problems are handled quickly and the workers are friendly. The property and parking offer plenty of shade to gaurd against this Florida sun.

I recommend the Palm's at Palisades to anyone looking for their next home. The community manager Christy and her team is so professional and thorough. They were very attentive to all my needs and concerns. I was made to feel at home right away. The homes here are quiet, renovated and well maintained. The staff has an attitude of care, concern and is very polite. Great experience.

The property has been through a lot of changes and very happy with the end result. The office and maintenance are so helpful and knowledgeable. My work orders are done same day, thanks for being a great help and making my apartment my home.
The office manage is honest and patient! He is so positive. Im so glade that we found this place. Im so happy to call this place HOME! When you lived in a very bad place and come here, you realize how Blessed you truly are. Thank you!
