The worst apartments I've ever lived in. The women in the front office are the rudest women I've ever had to deal with. I don't understand why they were even hired in the first place. The apartments are in a deplorable condition and maintenance always takes an incredibly long time to fix anything whether it be a leaky sink or clogged drain. This property is the only one I've ever had the misfortune to live in in which tow companies come to tow your car EVEN if you live here. I would not recommend living here.👎👎👎👎

Please if you ever lived at the palms at kirkwood a suit will be filled against them for false charges against most residents that resided at the property 2010-2011 please drop a comment if they falsely accused you of owing them YAMILET SANCHEZ WAS THE MANAGER I HAVE PROOF she was falsifying documents!!! Thank you

This is the absolute WORST place that I have EVER lived. The apartment that I moved into was filthy, including cat litter in the closet, an "air filter or vent" (that goes nowhere btw) that was disgusting and clogged. They raise your rent, the place isn't safe AND aside from it being a dump, they are rude and lie right to your face to get you to sign the lease. This is a horrible place to live, always questionable behavior going on, the security gates have no locks and you can enter the premesis at any time they should just take all of the gates down, then they have the nerve to raise your rent, roaches are horrible, the only thing I can say is that the office agents are nice, but the apartments are just very poorly managed. I will not be renewing my lease
