I’ve reported several times to the front office at Talbert Woods about mold in my bedroom in which I’m allergic to. I’ve had to go to the doctor several times in the last few months because of my allergies flaring up. I usually have to sleep on my sofa and now I need to go to the chiropractor to get an adjustment. Reached out to corporate and no one answers the phone or return my calls. This place doesn’t care about my health and I’ve been here for 3 years. D. E.
One star is too much I strongly advise against renting from this company. They show a lack of care for the families in their communities and demonstrate unprofessional and discriminatory behavior. My experience with them was extremely disappointing. Update: The regional manager, Katrina Murdock, has not responded to two emails (see attached screenshots). Just got off the phone with the regional manager Micheal Lane. Called about renting a unit at one price. When I got there the next day it was a different price. Are you kidding me? No willingness to work with people. We all have to bow down the the almighty algorithm. I will be warning people about this company.
