At one time this was a 5 star place to rent from. As time has gone on, the place is really bad now. Some things that have happened: 1. Lots of cockroaches and bugs. We had to have someone come out every month or so and spray in our rooms. 2. Upped our rent to obscene levels 3. Noise was very bad from people partying. Worst place to live for students who are new here and looking for accommodation. We were sharing the apartment(4 guys) and stayed for 1.5 months but felt that the rent is a bit on the higher side, considering they don't provide furniture of any kind. It's just an empty house with electrical appliances. I moved in close to the start of the COVID 19 pandemic and have lived here since (June 2020 to now July 2022). Paying about 1300 for rent for 1 b, 1br and about 25 in utilities every month. (Original rent was 1275 when I moved in). I haven't used the pool but staff keeps it clean and I do see people using it. Fitness room is a bit small but it has everything you need for a workout and is open 24/7 and kept clean. We also have a mail room and separate parcel lockers next to the pool.
