Horrible management! As well as, next to impossible to contact anyone above management to make a complaint. I've been waiting on my refund of my security deposit since June 30th of this year. Management just keeps saying they submitted the request. My most recent contact about my refund for my security deposit was today and I got the same response and that she will call and get back with me and refuse to give her company's contact info. The apartments are not what they appear to be and were poorly remodeled.
My goodness, this place is amazing for first-time renters! It's cheap, inclusive, clean when I moved in, and the staff that works in the leasing office are all amazing! Ashley is charismatic, endearing, and extremely helpful. I am deaf, and she and I can still have long conversations about anything and everything! Going to her with maintenance concerns is always a breeze, and the maintenance team is so hilarious and fun to have around! They always get the job done. Great place to live, close to everything and really nice management
Really nice place to live. Walking distance to the skate park and restaurants and shopping. The landlady Ashleigh is very down to earth and helped me when I locked the keys inside after hours and was very nice and kind about coming back to the property to do so.
