Johnathan Rodriguez in the Service Department at Pacific Volkswagen is amazing. I never had a bad experience. He always treats his customers first class and rolls out the red carpet. I have purchased three VW's from this location. I dealt with Carl Gregory VW for those autos. I was always pleased with my interactions there.Recently, I had to take my Passat TDI in for warranty work and this completely turned me against this dealership. I made an appointment for this work. I arrived early and was told it would take 9 hours. That was what I heard on Monday morning. I reached out daily about my car through Friday.
