I am a resident of Palmetto Woods and this is the worst place you could ever live they make the tenants pay to do repairs they fix stuff is crappy as they can and then they force you to move and they keep all the upgrades you've done to the home I have two residents did love their music and they basically play it all the time harassing other residents and the property owner does nothing about it even though he was told by two different people that it was hurting me the only cares about nothing but money stay away from this p... read more
I have lived it, the palmetto woods for five years and I've had a lot of dealings with the park and Eagle Road Eagle Road has a constant issue where people drive up and down the road with their music turned up as loud as they can and Loud Bass and they don't care the loud music goes on from 8 a.m. until 2 a.m. in the morning and even longer than that I've talked to the sheriff department many of times and it seems like they could care less If you're looking for a quiet place to live this is definitely not a place for you ... read more
