I have been struggling with a neck injury. After insurance change I decided to try and chiropractor. I am very glad I chose palmetto wellness and injury. Dr. Edward's is so friendly and was able to provide some relief. I walked out feeling like a new person.
Staff very sweet, clean office, no waiting Dr was just awesome she cared for all my needs made me feel so comfortable. I will be back!!! After going back it was as fantastic that Dr. Smith has it going on!!

My first visit here really settled my nerves about Chiropractors. Amber and Dr Edwards are both wonderful and knowledgeable! It was a pleasant experience and looking forward to my next treatment!
