I don't know about palmetto terrace apartments but I rather have a place to live then nothing at all
Office staff always rude when answering the phone & will hang up in your face.
Clean well maintained property.
I will never my life recommend this apartment complex to anyone. IDC if this is last resort I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. The property managers are shiesty and so is the maintenance crew. I got evicted out of my apartment because they swore someone that was banned was living in my apartment. Gave me a noticed they was banned back in 2023 and waited a year later to try and put the ban on that person again.
