Clean well maintained property.
I will never my life recommend this apartment complex to anyone. IDC if this is last resort I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE. The property managers are shiesty and so is the maintenance crew. I got evicted out of my apartment because they swore someone that was banned was living in my apartment. Gave me a noticed they was banned back in 2023 and waited a year later to try and put the ban on that person again. I moved back to Columbia in October of 2023. I went to apply for a unit here and then I received a letter in the mail saying I had been denied due to something on my credit report…no one seemed to be able to tell me what so whatever I let it go. Maybe about 4 months later they contacted ME to ask if I was still interested in a unit…AFTER they had already told me that I had been denied due to my credit report but I needed a place for myself and my kids ASAP so why not ? Went to do all of the necessary paperwork and ran around... read more

I have been out here 6 years and I haven't had no problem whatsoever and I live in a one-bedroom apartment so that's my opinion
