They fixed my ac (front & back), brakes, and changed my oil. They also picked me up and took me home for free. Everyone I talked with was very nice and respectful. Thank you for all you did!
I have personally been in the business for over 30 years, and with that being said these guys have something special. I pretty much knew what was wrong with my truck when I took it in, but hey I am retired which means I'm working on it. The old guy in the front listened to me and then told me they would look at it and give me there opinion. Fast, friendly, personal service. These guys are great. They take the time to explain the issues in away that is easy to understand. That is something that in my opinion is hard to find these days.

So I am new here. I went to this other place on South Lake that everyone raves about, and they gave me a quote for a job on my truck. I like to price shop so I left there, and went to Palmetto because they had great reviews as well. Palmetto was a little cheaper, but come to find out that the real problem was not even noticed by the other place. I personally love this place! As a female, they don't "dumb things down" or take advantage of me not knowing everything about cars. They are fair, honest and friendly. We will continue to take our vehicles here!
At first they were great and we let them fix several things on my husbands truck. After several trips and several $1000's later we have had to slowing re-fix everything they did. I think they are nice guys but we think they use crappy parts and that's why now 6 months later we are having to fix the air conditioner again, after paying over $800 to Palmetto. I don't recommend!
