Not professional and made me feel unimportant...a bother actually. I am in Healthcare , over 30 years, and I was taught to never make the client feel they are putting you out. That is how I felt , the way I was talked to as well as the nonverbal communication. I left something there not meaning to. I am still trying to get it back. It has been over a month. No one ever answers the phone. Just because you work nights does not give you the right to be so rude.

I was scheduled for 9:00 PM AT NIGHT March 12, 2024 at the Myrtle Beach office. I received 2 emails and one text prior confirming this. I SHOWED UP AND THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ME IN THE SYSTEM. I live an hour away....got home at 10:30 pm that night. USELESS. NEVER GOING BACK. So the tech, Jennifer, was nice and apologetic. She said perhaps the owner would reimburse me for gas with a gas card. I SAID THEIR POLICY WAS A $100.00 FEE IF THE PATIENT CANCELLED OR DID NOT SHOW UP. So I asked for $ 100.00. The owner refused.
