Someone who clearly works for this business wrote a recommendation for someone else looking for a property rental company on fb, I too was looking for one but after reading the reviews from the property manager SPECIFICALLY this one, I will not be doing any sort of business with them. “ “We will notate your file about your unhappiness with our company for your upcoming renewal” sure sounds like a threat to me! This is one of the best companies for anything to do with property management, professional, fast and caring but I want to give a special review for Ms. Amber I came to her lost and unsure of what I was going to do for my family, with out a second thought she helped me and worked with me to get a beautiful safe and amazing home, she extremely knowledgeable and kind, no matter the challenges she puts her all in situation to help you! Very suprised of the good reviews on here. As Amber was very unprofessional and rude to me just trying to pay rent didnt know she can make good reviews I really question what me any my wife did to her to get this behavior. Update: Responded with we have an outstanding balance to pay and is in collections. We left the house in fair condition. We also did not recieve a bill after departure not once from email nor text.
