the worst service, left stranded basically. They don’t care about their patients and could care less if you don’t have your medications. They told me i’m out of luck and have to find a new doctor to get my IMPORTANT medications , because they refuse to see me.
Great and friendly staff, wonderful Dr who took time to hear concerns and answer any questions. Wonderful experience.
Love Dr Grossman and staff. Everyone is so nice and fun to talk to. As far as the lady complaining about not talking to the dr just for a refill, that’s uncalled for on your part. Usually the secretary relays message to the dr. He is very busy and has loads of patients to deal with. Your not more special then everyone else. They are good at letting the Dr know you need them and the Dr will return a call when he is able to.
