If there was a rating lower than 1 star I would give them a -10! In all my life I’ve never had such horrible treatment than in this office! Dr Keller is a nice Dr and I’m not even sure he is aware of the problem I’ve had because they won’t let me speak to him! I’ve been trying to get a prior authorization to allow me to take my prescription twice a day instead of once like the insurance suggests! Place is a joke, can’t keep staff and the staff they have needs a refresher course in customer service. Today’s appointment, showed up on time, system error cancelled my appointment……want to reschedule and there error but becomes my problem. Nothing but excuses and lack of training and knowledge. Stay away from this place!
