I have been waiting for over 2 months to have a prior authorization submitted for my prescription. The same for my husband. In 40 years I have never experienced anything like it. So I have been without my meds for a month because they have a poor system to meet patient needs.
I give this clinic a 10 out of 10. From the secretarial staff to the doctors. Questions are answered in a timely manner. Doctors are very knowledgeable and caring. No questions go unanswered. You leave knowing your health care is their number one priority. This is my personal opinion and my personal experience.
First time coming to this location as a new patient. I had Heather Bunch & my experience was 10/10. She listened to me and my list of problems, was able to get me over to have blood work done all within an hour and a half. I look forward to coming back on my next appointment.
Doesn't fill prescriptions out to send to pharmacy. I need two types of different meds one they only sent one pill over and one pill isn't gonna cut the stuff I have going on and another is an inhaler and my insurance isn't gonna cover the one they sent over the pharmacy and the doc office need to be more responsible
This is my third time here and yet again it’s been over an hour past my scheduled appointment.
