I love both Summerville offices, but Oakbrook is smaller and in and out is easy. Dr Hogue and nurses have always been efficient and thorough. I’ve always had good experiences at both offices.
When it was my time for a 3-month checkup my blood work was not asked for, but she's the one scheduled the 3-month checkup to check my numbers..my illness hashimoto's disease/hypothyroidism is of the type that needs blood work checked every 3 months to gauge the amount of medicine to be prescribed. In my experience they don't care about their phlebotomist much either. Just left an appointment with my mother she had such a bad experience she had a panic attack on the way home. Dr. Karen smith is an arrogant, judgmental, disorganized, and over all rude physician. Her tone comes off extremely harsh and she constantly would talk over my mother, her unprofessionalism really astounds me.
