I had two negative experiences with people on the phone at the front desk, and chose to cancel my appointment (I was a new patient establishing care) as a result. I was hung up on, on two separate occasions by the staff. These situations prompted me to read the reviews of the practice and I did not feel comfortable coming to a provider that has such poor feedback. Dr Stolin is not a great listener and the office as a whole was even worse. I see her as my PCP and have tried to address issues with my weight that were strange. I put on 30 pounds of water weight in a year, she tells me to “stop drinking so many lattes” verbatim. Turns out it was my birth control, and the weight went away when I swapped, no thanks to her because the office couldn’t figure out how to bill birth control. In my visit to establish care, she entered my height as 53 inches instead of 5’3” and looked at me, strai... read more

This seems to be one of the worst non professional medical organizations. They do not listen to the patient's concerns. They seem to very disorganized and cannot communicate well with their in network referrals. They will gladly take your money but you can not even get the customer advocacy group to call you back and their voicemail is full. Would recommend somewhere else.
