That receptionist is NASTY WORK. There was a bad accident that happened and traffic was not moving, despite me leaving the house super early. I called to be courteous and she just hung up the phone on me. If that’s how they work, then I can’t imagine what the care is like.
When I booked my appointment I specifically noted I wanted to see the doctor (instead of the NP). When I arrived at my appointed time there wasn't another patient in sight. The front desk clerk was very busy eating her lunch (after being closed an hour for lunch) but eventually said it would take a while to verify my insurance. "Fine," I said, "Can I proceed with my appointment while you work on that?" She said, " You're scheduled with the nurse practitioner because the doctor doesn't see patients after noon." Rude, pushy and Not willing to accommodate for a customers form of payment
The office mange is rude and disrespectful. The encounter that I had today was condescending and the phrase I am not going back and forth with you was stated to me. Please provide this “leader” with customer service training because there is clearly a lack of it.
