Martha Fletcher is my favorite...all of the staff are wonderful and they really care about you as a person.
I have MS and Dr Lucas is wonderful!!! My favorite dr yet!!!
Dr. Lucas has diagnosed numerous issues that no other doctor contemplated. His bedside manner and patient interaction is seconded only after my PCM. If you need a neurologist I highly recommend him.
As a Daniel Island resident we are lucky to have Palmetto Primary on our island. Dr. Spicer and Lori along with the rest of the staff are the best in Charleston. If you live on Daniel Island and don't use them your making a mistake in my opinion. Absolutely the best.
