Great location very friendly staff, extremely efficient and clean..
I am very PROUD to say "She is MY Doctor". My wife and I come all the way from Ridgeville, SC for our Doctor appointments with Dr. Lucy Davis. We wouldn't think of going anywhere else.

As a Daniel Island resident we are lucky to have Palmetto Primary on our island. Dr. Spicer and Lori along with the rest of the staff are the best in Charleston. If you live on Daniel Island and don't use them your making a mistake in my opinion. Absolutely the best.
