There pretty good, I haven't had really any issues. Usually spot on. only issue trying to call them to make an appointment, your better off just going in instead to make the appointment.
I have been a patient of Beth’s for over 11 years. It breaks my heart to see this office go down the way it did. I don’t know what happened with the front staff and the prior authorization department. This office says their prior authorization policy is 6-8 weeks. Well it’s been well over 3 months now. What a caring Dr., asked great questions about how and what was most important in regards to my condition. He listened intently to find the best solution for the best outcome in dealing with his plan to treatment.
Submitted an appointment request online over a week ago and still no response. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. Don’t bother expecting any real help from them
Dr. Castellone is a great Dr. He listens and accommodates with great care and understanding!
