I have never had an issue with a doctor's office before and I am very patient and understanding when it comes to the service industry. However, I have never been treated with such hostility and lack of care than I have here. This office genuinely does not care about anything but money. It is not just one employee that is having a bad day - they have all made me feel as though I am a burden instead of a patient. I will never step foot in a Palmetto Primary again! What a joke! Never in my life have I been so disappointed at a doctor's office. Is this place fly by night? Just moved here from NC and what a sub par practice. No one knows what is going on and act like they care less to help you. I witnesses a patient ask for a copy of his meds and got them and said I will never be back here because of the attitudes! I totally agree with what he did because I am doing the same!!!!!!
