Dr. Anderson explained every detail of the office visit . He asked all the appropriate questions about medication’s and lifestyle. We definitely like him as our primary care physician at Palmetto primary care, physicians.
Staff was very pleasant and very friendly. Doctor Anderson is the best! He cares and listens. The only negative thing I could say is it’s hard to actually speak to someone when calling. Usually have to leave message.
Going on 3 weeks of trying to get a referral faxed to musc. Even after speaking to your referral coordinator, this is getting pretty redic. I’ve been going back and forth for WEEKS over this referral that musc says STILL HAS NOT been sent
Negative stars I have been seen and diagnosed from the primary with diabetic neuropathy and type two diabetes. And for your appointment, we discussed my diabetes however, my concerns for neuropathy pain have fallen on deaf ears every single appointment. I am now in a situation. I am unable to afford an appointment, but the nasty rude office staff will not allow me to speak with a doctor to get a prescription NOTHING! RUN FAST AND FAR AWAY!
Very pleasant experience with the entire staff. Bailey Fitch, PA-C was delightful! Extremely attentive to both my wife and I during our 6 month check up and initial meeting. Very responsive with my referral (received in less than 2 hours) My wife’s new prescription was ready for pickup before close of business the same day
