The office staff and doctors are great...but the business operations side is horrible. Sit on hold forever anytime you call. They'll mess up your payment history and then send to collection even when you haven't been billed or even alerted to an outstanding balance (even when you go in for routine visits - I ask the office staff if everything's good and they say yes). Even the web portal shows no balance. When you call for billing you don't speak to someone who can actually help. Ridiculous billing account management.
