This is beyond ridiculous I been waiting in the er since 10:50 pm and it’s 2 am and I’m still out here more than two other patients walk away and witness a horrible situation with another one that was in severe pain and it took her more than a hour to get in . First they claimed that they only have 3 nurses and after I went and ask and they are now saying that there is no beds available ....

The hospital should be ashamed. I came to get a test done and the person didn’t bother to clean-wide-disinfect anything. I sat there waiting to be called watch others before me and nothing clean and when it came my turn I notice she the attendant never clean anything. One again. When I called her out she said we clean everything daily. Really daily but apparently not after every person that come in from the street and uses everything. This is the worse hospital in South Florida to take any loved one for treatment. Half of the nurses should be fired from their job. The level of mistreatment to their patients are unacceptable. If you or you have a love one who is ill or needs treatment seek a different hospital for care. Este es el hospital mas malo que hay en el sur de La Florida

Worst hospital in Miami Dade I wouldn’t recommend nobody to go to Palmetto unless they want to be miss treated by the nurses and disrespected this hospital should closed down awful disgusting. El peor hospital de Miami no recomendaría este hospital a nadie horrible las enfermeras son falta de respeto y ni te atienden. Just obtained medical insurance again after being unemployed for ten months. Went for a physical in July and was iltimately diagnosed with thyroid cancer. Had a surgery scheduled for September 3 at Palmetto General Hospiatl and was supposed to have pre-admission testing competed August 27. Received a call August 26 in the late afternoon confirming my appointment and explaining that I needed to bring almost $4500 with me to pay what the hospital believed would be my liability for the surgery. My uncle just passed away today at 6 am due to COVID. We spoke to him when he got there. He told us that he had $4600 cash with him. The nurses knew about it. When his other nephew went to pick up his belongings. There was only $2 in his wallet. Nobody all of the sudden knows anything about the money. Bunch of thieves.
