I couldn't ask for a better experience! Diane is a very personable, caring, and pleasant lady. Her office is very clean. There aren't any overwhelmingly strong fragrances, perfumes, or candles like some settings. Diane is very clean conscience. She talks to you, finding out what your goal is. Then, right before starting, she washes her hands. Then, she puts on gloves. Diane likes to get to know you and is a very good conversationalist! Diane is very professional and experienced. I’ve been seeing her regularly for almost a year and am happy with the progress. Scheduling is never a problem and I’ve never had to wait for my appointment. The atmosphere is calming and clean. She listens to your needs and adjusts accordingly. I look forward to our sessions despite the pain that comes with electrolysis. I highly recommend her for all hair removal needs.

My experience at Palmetto Permanent Hair Removal was disappointing. The office was hard to locate due to the lack of outside signage. During the treatment, despite raising concerns about pain twice, the electrologist's response was dismissive. She seemed distracted, even taking a personal call and continuing to treat me simultaneously. Switching between gloved hands and bare fingers during the session was unprofessional.
