I wasn’t going to make a review but I see it’s only fit now. I had a follow up appointment and the staff member Melissa called me out in the middle of the busy wait room and addressed that I had made a bad review in the past and requested that I come on here and change my review. I feel that’s very unprofessional to do in a busy wait room and to call me out for something I really don’t remember doing. If I had left a bad review it’s warranted. Im not one to leave reviews. Been calling for over a week and nobody NEVER answers the phone!
Unfortunately for me I wasn’t able to keep Palmetto OBGYN but I truly wish I could’ve! Everyone there was absolutely incredible and kind. This is my first pregnancy and they were so thorough and informative with me. I would recommend any woman to Palmetto OBGYN 🫶
I absolutely love Dr. Alo and her staff!! They were wonderful to me when I was pregnant and are still amazing. The level of care they give their patients is outstanding.
