Very shady people. They tried to steal my $2150 deposit. I never even moved into the home because they wouldn't make repairs. Luckily I had yet to sign the lease and she was unable to rip me off. She initially told me that she wouldn't return my money because I had already signed a lease! She told me she had ran background checks on me but I never gave her my SS number or personal info. I was lucky to escape unscathed. You've been warned

Ms. Bradley of Palmetto Midlands Realty decided that she wanted to be the go between my husband and I, and our former landlord. Stating that she was now the property manager, she compared us to children when we went over her head and contacted our former landlord about paying our last months rent. Her actions were very unprofessional and it is unfortunate that she decided to embed herself in business that was not hers. Brian and Brandy are wonderful to work with ! We bought and later sold our home in Camden with them. They are very client oriented, they helped us find exactly what we wanted, always answered calls promptly. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of real estate services.

Phenomenal experience with Palmetto Midlands! We are a military family who had last minute orders to PCS. We were looking for tenants to occupy our home and Palmetto made it happen! They always keep us in the loop with what is happening with our home in a timely manner. Best choice as homeowners we have ever made!
I have to say we were very blessed to have found Brian and Brandy... They go above and beyond to make sure their clients find and settle in to a home that fits!!! The service didn't just stop after closing, they followed up frequently to make sure the family was settling in well and to ensure the financial transitions were going smoothly.
