We always have an amazing experience at Palmetto Kids Dentistry! Dr. Kimberly Duffey and her team are incredibly kind, patient, and professional. This is a true definition of teamwork looks like. We have a great time every time we come here(which is a lot!). My son is getting braces here and it’s been such a great experience! We’ve been going here since 2018 when we moved down from Lexington. Will probably never take him anywhere else, unless they tell us we gotta go! Haha
I had never met Dr. Kimberly, only my wife had, and I wasn't too sure about her at first. Dr. Kimberly seemed very rushed. The assistant had prepared my daughter for her very first filling and Dr. Kimberly came flying into the room. She didn't say hello to me, she just moved straight over to my daughter. I spoke up, "I assume you are Dr. Kimberly", to which she replied "yes". I quickly said "nice to meet you". My concerns melted away as she spoke to my daughter. This is the best children's dentist! My kids love going to the dentist and that makes for one happy mama! Staff is so kind and friendly. I love that they respect my wishes and are not pushy. Great experience! Highly recommend.
Love, love, love this office! I started taking my kid here in 2018/2019 or so. In 2020 I broke a crown and emailed Dr Kimberly to see if she could recommend someone for me but instead she took a look at my broken crown at her office (though she was closed due to Covid). Since then she has filled a cavity for me and I go to this office for my routine cleanings every 6 months (as does my daughter). I absolutely LOVE the staff here.
