Great place and keeps me well informed
The nurses are fantastic, but the administrative staff is disrespectful and unprofessional. I always had a wonderful experience with the nurses.. they were friendly, kind, and welcoming. However, I experienced the opposite with administrative staff. I called and was placed on hold, but the individual did not press hold and I could hear the staff making fun of patients and speaking badly about them.
