I had an incredibly disappointing and hostile experience with Palmetto Leisure. I filled out an online financing form for a hot tub, and the email response from their sales team was shockingly rude and dismissive. Instead of helping me process my loan, a representative bluntly emailed me telling me to "pay cash" and to "buy somewhere else". Rude. Unprofessional. Not helpful. If i could give it a negative 5, I would. We are new to looking for the right product for our home so we visited Palmetto Hot Tubs. We were torn between hot tubs and swim spas and were visiting several different businesses.
