Rude. Unprofessional. Not helpful. If i could give it a negative 5, I would. We are new to looking for the right product for our home so we visited Palmetto Hot Tubs. We were torn between hot tubs and swim spas and were visiting several different businesses. We first thought they were out of business because the place is in a strip mall that looks empty and, pulling up, it was so stark.
