Service begins when you get in the company vehicle and drive around the city. How incredibly unsafe/unprofessional is it to have a large red trailer, not use turn signals and cut off a family vehicle with 2 small children traveling inside? I will be recommending this company as someone NOT to use because if they do not care about your life on the road, they do not truly care about your life in their hot tubs.
