Never in my life have I ever been treated the way Susan Benesh treated me. She doesn’t need to be working with any patients the way she spoke to me and left me in the room for 20 minutes. I waited in the office for 2 hours. This place has no respect for patients time. This is unacceptable.
Dr. Shultz is disrespectful and rude. Seems to have no care for young patients. Suggests I give him ideas of what to do to “put my mind at ease.” As someone who works in healthcare, this is not how you should treat your patients
