Have been waiting on a CPAP that was ordered for me on 4/2/24, it's now 8/9/24. Have called office at least once a week for the past 2 months either leaving voicemails or speaking with receptionist. I have yet to receive a call back. People die of apnea daily, and the toll it takes on a person is tremendous.
Left work early to arrive at my appointment by 315, was not seen until 445.

Took by mother to parkridge yesterday for follow-up of her recent hospital stay. We say nurse practioner Tenise Johnson. She is a very special person. Very thorough with her exam. Asked questions and answered all of our questions. Tenise has an exceptional personality and knows how to create a relationship with elderly heart patients.
