Impossible to get assistance and call back! I was an established pt with sciatic and tried 3 days to get a call back for worsening symptoms a week link in our Prisma family
Impossible to get assistance and call back! I was an established pt with sciatic and tried 3 days to get a call back for worsening symptoms a week link in our Prisma family
I went in to Dr. Felmly regarding my back pain. They scheduled an appointment with Dr. Nallu for an epidural injection which she was unable to do. Was in so much pain she was unable to do the injection. Never tried to give more pain medication on my back. She said what did I do to my back and asked if the dr had talked to me about surgery. Next thing I know I get papers with different times and days to get an EKG and blood work. I live out of town and tried to have them done on the same day.
