This group is top notch. My physical therapist, A. R., has exceeded all of my expectations for getting back to normal after being almost immobile for three months with a broken leg and external fixator. But the amazing level of encouragement she gives me is beyond measure and surpasses any other PT I have received in the past 20 years. I been in therapy for over a year at this location. I never had any problems or complaints with no one. However, today I call to talk to my therapist to reschedule my appointment like I do any other time I want to reschedule. I never had any issues, but today Tracy answered the phone and was very unprofessional on the phone. She did not want me to talk to my therapist. I want to give a warm felt thank you to Toni McNeal. She was highly knowledgeable, personable and work closely with my daughter to make sure she was comfortable and understood the plan. It shows how Toni really cares and wants to see improvement in your overall well being. We are happy that we have the opportunity to work with her. I was very impressed with my physical therapy while I was there. My name is Jamiyla Goodwin. My therapist was Karen and she was great. I really miss her and hope she is doing well.
