Too much Riff Raff I suppose !because they allow housing assistance which we use as well but we still pay four times more than others do. they have too many thieving little kids around here taking bikes, scooters ,skateboards , money and stuff out of people's apartments and cars. You tried to be nice about it and handle it yourself with their parents and not file a complaint but nothing is ever done about it so I guess now I will have to take it to the office.
