Literally the best location hands down. Ms. Sonia is such a great landlord. She always got back to me in a timely frame and was able to get a a renovated apartment in the span of a week. When i originally moved in she had the same positive attitude and communicated with me about everything. 10/10 overall.

Wonderful neighborhood, awesome place,, but paying rent is a ridiculous process. Thay don't take checks, money orders, and the water bill is encorperat with the rent so when you pay the rent you have to know the exact amount so bank bill payments online is not because you won't know the exact amount you have to pay and the bank charges for rush delivery. Waiting in line with a lage sum of cash at ace check cashing, Walmart, or kroner is a pattern thief can pick up on... oh,and then you have to pay a 3rd party to pay your ren... read more
