Dr. Fleming is the epitome of a consummate professional in every sense of the word. I had some sun damage to my skin from having lived in Florida, as well as side effects from former chemotherapy, and he did an IPL photofacial for me. Dr. Fleming is a knowledgeable and caring doctor about his patients. I’ve been to several different people to have procedures done and they’ve never turned out as good as what he does. I wouldn’t trust my face with just anybody. Have never had a bad experience with him. I like the fact that I can always go in and use my Alle points app with him. Selecting a skilled and experienced practitioner is crucial to avoid complications. I found my doctor through Alle and checked a quick review and booked. Now going back and reading ALL the reviews it is actually my fault because I should never booked with Dr Fleming. Also he charged on the high high end for Botox and then said he gave me a military discount “thank you for your service.” He priced himself out of his league, it should be illegal. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but this was my first time coming here. I felt that this was handled unprofessional. Scheduled an appt. , and confirmed the appt. When I got there, no one was there! I had to look for someone and then they told me the doctor was out for the day. I never got notified to reschedule or a phone call back.
Excellent!! They are personable, listened to me and what I wanted, made suggestions, well documented work with photos. Very happy with the results!!
