Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I have always hated the dentist and they made it pleasant and were very understanding.
I recently changes Dentist to this practice and i was pleasantly surprise how courteous the staff were. Upon my arrival, i was greeted with a smile and that made me feel welcome. I'm happy I changed.
My experience with Palmetto Family Dental was great! They addressed concerns I had and gave me viable options to correct the problems I was experiencing. Hannah, the hygienist was very professional and friendly and the dentist was professional, personable and nice. I will definitely recommend Palmetto Family Dental to my family and friends.
Customer experience and there expectations should be the main focus at any company. The staff at the McDonough location are unprofessional. We requested documentation of our billing and the girl upfront did not start working on it until the day we came in for our cleaning. My husband requested this back in November 2018. I then requested it on April 2 and still did not receive it. She was rude and very unprofessional and very unprepared.
