I visited this office to have my free (via Blue Cross Blue Shield) annual wellness check. When I made the appointment I told them that I was coming in for my wellness check. When I checked in I gave them my insurance card and told them I was there for my wellness check and annual blood work. After telling me they don't have a doctor I saw the PA, I told her I wanted the blood work for my annual wellness check. Stay away from this Dr.Joseph Romagnuolo M.D. he was the worst doctor I have Ever been too and I am 64 years old, The staff was good its a shame I feel sorry for them having to work with this Dr. He was rude, blamed me for my ulcer coming back and was totally un professional, I felt like a kid being yelled at by their parent. I am 64 years old and was in awful pain the last thing I needed was a Dr. making me upset and sad!!!

Used to be wonderful. Once they were named "Physician of the Year" everything changed. At front desk (when you can get through) you're literally just a number. And medical quality of care has declined 75%. No more caring staff. It's like they've gotten a siege mentality where patients are viewed as adversaries. Drs. forget things, don't listen to patients. Might as well go to a "doc-in-the-box" - at least they're open more than a few hours a day and don't require a herculean effort to get an appointment. Actually, Banfield V... read more

I've been here three times now. They have amazing late hours, always friendly faces to greet you and get you back quick. Each Dr or nurse or NP I've seen has spent time talking to me, and assessing me to determine best care. They'll use my pharmacy of house and call it in or they have one on site for convenience.

I called this office to schedule an appointment as a new patient 3 weeks ago. The first time I called, the office was "out to lunch". The second time I called, I was told I needed to speak to the new patient administrator but she was unavailable. The receptionist indicated that "Christine" would call me back to schedule my appointment. A few days went byand I did nnot receive any calls from this office so I called for a third time.
