Such a great team. I was very late but they did their best to fit me in anyway and I was seen. I’m so thankful for that because I was having a weird problem with my eyes that was becoming uncomfortable. Everyone was so helpful and Dr. Wood made me feel so comfortable. She figured out exactly what was going on with my eyes and explained it to me in a way I could understand, as well as assuring me that it was a common issue with an easy fix. I have double vision and had previously had lenses with prisms in them. I gave these glasses to the tech to examine when I walked in. They should have been able to see they had prisms in both horizontal and vertical directions in them. During my assessment for double vision (which took two hours), I told them I was still having double vision with the correction they gave me. If I could give ZERO stars I would. For starters my kids have been patients for going on 2 years. For the last 3 months I have been going through a nightmare. The doctors (Dr. O specifically) are great. The staff and their customer service is complete trash. I requested replacement glasses for my kids back in March, it is now JULY and I still don’t have them. Back in March I put a request in to have both of my kids glasses replaced due to 1 breaking.
