Our person does a great job and answers our questions. My only concern is that there was NO notice, before the person checking for termites, arrived at our home. If we had not been home, then what???This is poor customer service! The 3 stars are for this visit only!!
Am into the 19th year using them and essentially have had almost noooooo bug isssues...very nice young men who do the treatments... give them 5 stars!!!!
