This is an amazing facility! I brought my 9 year old appendix gelding in with what we thought was a stifle issue, which after examination- that was true. Dr. Tracey took the time to speak and walk me through exactly what options I had in our case. I hope after today’s visit, everything will fall back into place and my gelding be able to run barrels again. They have the capacity and knowledge to treat whatever ails your horse. I have been taking my horses there since just after they opened, and I have always left with complete satisfaction.

This was my first time to Dr. Tracey’s. This is the top of the line facility! It was exactly like arriving at the university of Georgia! Clean, knowledgeable and caring staff, Dr. Tracey is the bomb! I learned something new! I’d work here in a skinny minute! Nothing but horses all day long and learning, what could be better! My horse had a tie forward procedure. She is still convalescing but so far, appears to be incredible improvement (nearly miraculous) in her breathing. The service and professionalism are stellar. Always in communication and very kind to owner and patient.
I had to call Dr. Tracey for and emergency farm call on Sunday. She took care of my horse on sight. Her and her assistant spent 3 hours with my mare and was very thorough and polite. Dr. Tracey and her staff have been in touch with us every day for almost a week. I wish we could find a MD with her empathy care and concern for their patients.. I would recommend Palmetto Equine to anyone who cares for a horse.
First time here and Dr. Tracey is amazing! She answered my many questions and totally reassured me of everything. Definitely would come here again with my other horses!
