My wife is a patient they give great care but by my own experience from going to their office and attending the appt or sitting inside of my car waiting outside they are always running 30min to 1hr or more behind. My wife has had to accept other providers in the same office just to exit 1and 1/2 hrs late. Can’t these ppl be more time efficient
First- I love my provider Lauren Podoll and have always had amazing interactions with her specifically. However, this is the 2nd time I have had to interact with Maureen, the on call nurse. I am a Type 1 insulin dependent Diabetic since childhood and am now in my 40’s. Upon picking up my insulin refill, my pharmacy let me know my insulin would not be covered by insurance because as of 1/1/26, it is no longer a covered brand by my insurance. I've been going to this office for a while now. The first receptionist wasn't too friendly, I'm thinking she was having a bad day hopefully thats not her everyday look, but the second one Kristie was great. She greeted me with a beautiful smile, her conversation was delightful and we need more people like especially because you may have some patients going through a tough time and the kindness helps.
