The procedure itself went well, but I was really disappointed to wake up to hear the nurses and doctor going into detail about the procedure and findings with my driver after specifically mentioning to them (in addition to signing a form) that I wanted those things to be kept private. I didn't expect them to find anything too serious, and for that reason, my world hasn't ended because of this breach. Absolutely love this practice! They are so caring. Dr Suarez is an amazing doctor that actually listens to your needs. Katyln Brittany and Kelly are so sweet and accommodating. They go out of their way to help. I have been to many doctors and this group is by far the best.

The staff to include Dr Schnell and Suarez and Ryan the PA are amazing they have stepped up for my sister and done everything than can for her. I am impressed by their compassion , attention to detail and commitment. We as a family has Gastro issues and will be transferring all of our medical cases to this office . The respect their work ethics across the board
My procedure was done this morning and I was very impressed by the staff and the facility. I only wish they would’ve had heated or thicker blankets because I was cold the entire time after changing into the hospital gown . My husband even said that as I was waking up from the anesthesia, I was complaining about how cold I was ...lol ..,

The group here is fabulous! They are so down to earth and caring. This was my second Endoscopy & Colonoscopy, and as the first went smoothly so did the second. Could not recommend Dr Litchfield and his nurses Jessica & Amy more. Being diagnosed with stage 2B colorectal cancer at 34 years old with no family history was a complete shock a year ago, but they handled things so professionally and kindly.
