I believe reviews are a reflection of one's own experience and ideals. My experience started before 9:30 am and was completed by 4:30 pm. Yes, there is a waiting queue, but isn't that everywhere you have excellent service? For the money, the service I received from the doctor and their staff, I have no complaints but compliments. The cost of the full denture and teeth extraction was cheaper than the partial denture I had received from another dental facility years ago. For one day's service, I am well pleased. On June 25, 2021 I had an appointment for 3:00 pm. I arrived early for my appointment and signed in. I noticed that the waiting area was jam packed (23 people waiting at that time). I waited and waited. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I went to the window to ask what the delay was. They were back there having a gab fest and I had to wait to be noticed standing there.
