They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. Also, waited 35 min to be seen. Their staff was friendly enough, but I didn't feel like I had their full attention during my appointment. The office was easy to find. I was concerned because the equipment in the exam rooms was old and the trash cans were overflowing. When you are expecting a sterile medical environment, you want everything to be pristine and it wasn't. The lobby area was nice, but the rooms were not great. It made me uneasy and I probably won't go back. Their prices were great--I guess you get what you pay for!

There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
