Palmetto Dental's team was awesome. The concern for the patient, and the honesty of the what was the 'Right' thing to do was refreshing. Dr Hortman was very straight up, and very quickly put me in a trusting mood. Going in with a broken tooth as a new client could be traumatic, but the staff made it work out as good as possible. I am now going to work on correcting many years of neglect due to the encouragement of the staff at Palmetto Dental. THANKS
I wanted to take the time to say how please I am with the services I have received from you and your wonderful staff! I never thought that I would every say that visiting the dentist was a delight, but I have been extremely pleased.
Staff is extremely skilled, always courteous, and will fully explain any procedure you are having. If you still have a question they will have an answer before you leave.
The best Dental group have ever met, very professional.. Dr Emily Hortman is very understanding of my problem, kind and gentle.I felt relaxed with her, always assuring me, that she will take care of my problem. Her staff was excellent and very professional too. I will highly recommend your office to all.
If you dislike the dentist, try Palmetto. I’ve found them to be a place I do not feel uncomfortable at. Good staff and atmosphere.
