Everyone was very helpful and compassionate regarding my father’s passing. Greg was helpful prior, and Ray, Will, and the gentleman who picked my father up after he passed. Between Covid concerns and the challenges of handling this away from my parents ultimate resting place, they understood and helped me every step of the way. Thank you so much!

These have been the nicest, most helpful, and most compassionate people one could hope for in this situation. They showed great respect when they picked up my husband's body and draped it with an American Flag, gave 2 toots on their horn as they pulled out of my driveway (a family ritual), helped us when selecting a box for his cremains, and 2 years later made arrangements to have my husband's cremains in our niche in the Citadel Bell Tower Columbarium. I highly recommend this company

We were dealing with the extreme shock and grief of a suicide. Bernie and staff made every single aspect of handling the grief, stress, and helping us with the ceremony, obituary, and paperwork that needed to be done easier. These people are exceptional in their professionalism, and true love and concern for their families. We will always be grateful to them. They went beyond what we ever expected.

they are amazing, kind, and empathic. throughout the entire process of my daddy's passing they always greeted us with a smile. they worked out a payment plan with my father that he could easily manage, and sat with us to ensure day knew what he was getting, and when the day came to serve my daddy they were so kind to me and my family. nothing ever felt rushed or pressured, and having them was a blessing for me. Mandy and her staff are professionals in each sense of the word. I was treated with respect in my interactions with the funeral home, and her staff members were willing to drive to Beaufort County to help in our time of need. The grief in losing a family member was tempered by the excellent service I received with the Palmetto Cremation Society. Thank you, Mandy and staff.

Good relationship with director, Mandie who works overtime to help you in any way. I don't wish this experience on any parent that's only child, age 38 passes away.
